Chapter 31: October 1935

Dear Journal,
I took boo Radley home after the argument was settled. When I stood on the Radley porch I saw my life through Boo’s eyes. I saw all the summers and school years pass and walked around in his skin. Now I really understand was Atticus means about that. I told Atticus that Tate was right, I knew that if he charged Boo with the murder it would be like killing a mockingbird. To end the night Atticus began reading to me and Jem as I fell asleep in his arms.
